Resolution
1. Connect to a Plesk server via SSH.

2. Regenerate web-server configuration:
# plesk repair web -server

3. Try to access webmail.

4. If the issue persist, make sure that /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/custom/webmail does not exist (remove it if it is there) and run the command:
# plesk repair web -y
